While we do significant planning for greenfield development, we emphasize and specialize in urban redevelopment. We strive to produce plans and designs that help revitalize our traditional urban centers and older neighborhoods, incorporate a diverse mix of uses and pedestrian activity, expand accessibility, and ultimately achieve a higher level of urbanism.
